Photography
An absolute staple of every good property listing. I photograph your space internally and externally to showcase its best and unique features.
Typically, all liveable spaces and an external view of the property are photographed. Depending on the package you choose, I might provide a few different angles of each room.
Files are delivered in JPG image format in “High” and “Web” resolutions.
Upon request, I can also take lifestyle photographs of your property.
VIDEOGRAPHY
I can produce several types of property videos depending on your requirements. This includes walkthroughs, agent presentations, or cinematic edits.
Aerial Drone footage can also be added to the production, provided that the property is not located within the “No Fly Zone”.
Videos are professionally edited with licensed background music and delivered in your desired file format (typically mp4).
DRONE / AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
In recent years drones have become extremely popular. They are an amazing marketing tool, allowing potential buyers to see a bird’s-eye view of not only the property, but also the surrounding areas. They can also play a big part in surveying areas that otherwise cannot be easily accessed – for example, roofs.
I can capture photographs and video footage of your listing, as long as it’s not in a restricted fly zone.
