RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

 

1. Refunds for our Services

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full refunds for services we provided. Our work takes time, incurs travel costs, use of professional equipment and other expenses. If you are unhappy with our services, we would like to make it right. We are happy to offer you one of the two solutions:

1) Re-take the photographs, videos or other services you booked with us and you were unhappy with. We will schedule this at our earliest convenience and at the date and time that is also suitable for you.

2) Refund 50% of the price you paid for our service. This option is only available if the end-products we provided through our service (photographs, videos, images, floor plans, virtual tours) were not used, or posted anywhere online (including your own or company website, property portals like rightmove, zoopla, on the market, boomin, Airbnb, social media platforms, or any other website etc.). The License to use our end-products (photographs, videos, images, floor plans, virtual tours) by you, is withdrawn immediately upon Photo Ronin issuing refund back to you.

2. Returns of Physical Goods and Products

We hope you’re happy with your Photo Ronin purchase, however if you decide it’s not quite right for you, you can return items to us within 30 days of purchase, or receiving your order, whichever is later. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund or exchange. We will also refund the standard delivery fee you paid when you bought the product.

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resalable.

To initiate the return process you need to write to us via e-mail: info@photoronin.co.uk. Please note that we do require a receipt, or proof of purchase. We will then advise where to send the unwanted products depending on your location.

 

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval, or rejection of your refund.

If refund is approved, then we will process it within 5 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it might take up to 10 working days (from time the refund is processed by us) for it to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within the time specified in section “3. Refunds (if applicable)” on this page, please kindly contact us again via email info@photoronin.co.uk. We will check this for you.

 

3. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@photoronin.co.uk. We will then advise you where to send your return item. After it is received by us, we will ship a replacement to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary but typically is between 4-14 days.

 

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the unwanted product(s) back to us. We will not refund this cost.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
