Photography
A “must-have” for every quality property marketing. Images can be featured not only on the listing portals, but also social media etc.
All living areas and exterior views of the property are included. The total number of photographs delivered depends on the size of the property. Larger photo packages can also include lifestyle shots, often referred to as detail shots, which capture small features and textures that add character to the space.
When booking your photoshoot, I highly recommend considering the timing and weather forecast. Sunny weather and good lighting make a significant difference to the final look and feel of the images. While sky replacements are possible, nothing compares to the warmth and authenticity of a naturally lit blue sky on a sunny day.
For any properties with a view to the River Thames, I would also suggest checking timings of the high tide.
WillyWeather website is a great resource for that: https://tides.willyweather.co.uk/se/greater-london/river-thames—-tower-bridge.html (you can add a specific location in the top search bar – e.g. Wandwsorth, Tower Bridge etc.)
Whenever possible, I would also advise to leave lights off for the photographs. This showcases the amount of natural light in each room, avoids unwanted color casts from artificial lighting, and most importantly, shows realistic representation of the space during the day. However, there are situations where you do want to turn the lights on – for example rooms without windows, spaces that have expensive or specifically designed lighting that is part a of the property’s charm or important to show off.
