Floor Plans are another important marketing material asset.

They allow potential buyers to see the top-down view of the property layout. Floor Plans also provide other important information like lenghts and widths of rooms, ceiling heights, internal gross area as well as compass showing North (which allows to visualise sun position in the morning, throughout the day and during sunset). 

Floor Plan pricing is based on the size of property, as the bigger the property the more time it would take on-site to measure and draw, as well as digitize it afterwards.
