A must-have for every quality property listing.

I photograph both the interior and exterior of your space to highlight its best and most unique features.

All living areas and exterior views of the property are included. The number of images delivered depends on the package you select. Larger packages can also include lifestyle shots—often referred to as detail shots—which capture small features and textures that add character to the space.

I highly recommend considering the timing and weather when booking your photoshoot. Naturally sunny weather and good lighting make a significant difference to the final look and feel of your images. While sky replacements are possible, nothing compares to the warmth and authenticity of a naturally lit blue sky on a sunny day.

Whenever possible, I also suggest a “lights off” approach. This showcases the amount of natural light in each room and avoids unwanted color casts from artificial lighting.
